Currently, the high-voltage motors widely used in my country are primarily the Y-series three-phase asynchronous motors and their derivatives. Compared to conventional motors in the same power range, these compact, high-efficiency, high-power-density motors feature a shaft height that is one to two sizes lower. Their efficiency exceeds the Grade 2 energy efficiency requirement specified in the national standard GB/T 30254-2013, "Minimum Allowable Values ​​of Energy Efficiency and Energy Efficiency Grades for High-Voltage Three-Phase Cage Induction Motors."

Furthermore, the compact, high-power-density motors currently used in the industry are largely manufactured by foreign companies. In recent years, advancements in domestic insulation materials and manufacturing technologies, combined with mature software analysis capabilities, have made the development of compact, high-power-density motors feasible. Actively responding to the national call for energy conservation and emission reduction, Taihao Shendian aims to reduce material costs and increase motor efficiency. Currently, electric motors account for nearly 70% of industrial electricity consumption in my country; compact, high-efficiency, energy-saving motors represent a key breakthrough for reducing energy consumption per unit of output. Taihao Shendian’s compact, high-efficiency, and high-power-density three-phase asynchronous motors are suitable for a wide range of machinery, including fans, pumps, mills, and compressors.
